Built by a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo, The Regimen Club was born from love, healing, and a mission to care for women the way we wish we had been cared for ourselves.
We know what it feels like to go unheard. To carry it all while neglecting ourselves. To be told our concerns are “normal” or dismissed altogether. We also know how much we crave spaces where we can finally exhale where we feel seen, supported, and safe.
That’s why we created this space here in Yuma.
More than aesthetics and wellness, this is a sanctuary. A place where your skin, your health, and your story matter. We listen. We guide. We hold space for your healing.

Her life and love continue to be the root of everything we do at TRC. When we visited Nanita in Soledad, she would always say, “See you in a month” when we left, even if we were seeing her the very next day for Sunday breakfast. It was her special, gentle way of saying goodbye + see you soon. Today, in her honor, we tell our clients “See you in a month” for their next facial or follow-up, carrying forward not only her love and care but also the nurturing values she instilled in us. Every touch, every treatment, and every moment at TRC is guided by the warmth and kindness she shared so freely.
