Molly J. Snyder, Esq.


Molly J. Snyder is an associate attorney with the law firm Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C.

Ms. Snyder was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marriage, Family and Human Development with a minor in Sociology in 2004. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007.

Following her admission to the State Bar of Florida in 2007, Ms. Snyder began her legal career in Miami Lakes, Florida, concentrating on workers’ compensation defense. Her practice included practicing before administrative law judges, including extensive motion work, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences. In 2012, Ms. Snyder was admitted to the State Bar of Utah, but relocated to Arizona shortly thereafter.

In 2024, Ms. Snyder was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and joined Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C. Ms. Snyder’s diverse practice focuses on business law, including, but not limited to, entity formation, contract drafting and review, real estate matters, and trust and estate planning. Ms. Snyder brings a love of writing and researching, a practical and solutions-focused approach to complex issues, and a strong commitment to advocating for the clients she serves.

Ms. Snyder strives to promote open communications with her clients and is committed to providing detail-orientated counsel to help her clients understand their legal options that fit their individual needs.

Outside the office, Ms. Snyder is a proud mother of three boys and enjoys balancing a busy professional life with family, friends, and the community.
