Lauren E. Connell is an associate attorney with the law firm Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C.

Mrs. Connell was born and raised in Escondido, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2015, and later received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2021.

Following her admission to the State Bar of California in 2021, Mrs. Connell began her legal career in San Diego, concentrating on labor and employment law. Her practice included advising employers on discrimination and retaliation claims, internal investigations, pay transparency, and compliance with evolving COVID19 regulations. In 2024, she completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, where she drafted judicial orders and conducted legal research on a broad range of federal civil litigation matters.

In 2025, Mrs. Connell was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and joined Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C. in Yuma. Mrs. Connell’s diverse practice focuses on myriad issues affecting businesses of all sizes, including but not limited to, formation of entities, employment issues, contract drafting and real estate matters, and trust and estate planning and administration.

Drawing on her background in federal litigation, employment compliance, and complex case management, Mrs. Connell strives to deliver efficient, resultsoriented advocacy while maintaining clear communication and a solutionsfocused approach to client service. She is committed to providing practical, detailoriented counsel, helping clients understand their legal options and efficiently navigate complex disputes, regulatory requirements, and business planning decisions.
