
Jacqueline R. Luger is a partner with the law firm Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C.
Ms. Luger was born and raised in Highland, California. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with honors in 2010, earning a B.A. in Sociology. She later attended Western State College of Law, graduating in 2013 with honors and certificates in business law and public service. She relocated to Yuma, Arizona in 2016 and has worked among the Yuma community ever since. She is licensed to practice in Arizona and California.
Since beginning practice in 2013, Ms. Luger has built a reputation for providing strategic, detail-oriented counsel. With a primary focus on business law, she works closely with clients to navigate complex legal landscapes and structure deals that promote long-term success. Her experience extends to almost all aspects of business law, including, but not limited to, entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, finance and private lending, real estate, development, construction, employment and human resources, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and litigation.
In addition to business matters, Ms. Luger has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She assists individuals and families with everything from simple wills to sophisticated, multi-generational planning strategies.
