Brandon S. Kinsey, Esq.


Brandon S. Kinsey is a founding partner of Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C. He brings a broad-based legal background and a practical, business-oriented perspective to his work with clients.

Originally born in Minnesota and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Kinsey earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor in 2006. After completing his legal education, he relocated to Yuma, where he began his legal career and has continued to practice since.

Mr. Kinsey’s practice is primarily devoted to representing business clients across virtually all aspects of their operations. His experience includes entity formation for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and trusts; contract drafting and negotiation; finance and private lending matters; real estate transactions; employment issues; trust design, funding, and administration; estate and succession planning; landlord-tenant matters; regulatory compliance; creditor’s rights; litigation; and foreclosure proceedings.

He has represented clients before a wide range of courts, tribunals, and agencies, including the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Arizona Superior Court, Justice Court, Municipal Court, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and local zoning enforcement boards.

From 2017 through 2022, Mr. Kinsey served as a Judge of the Arizona Superior Court in Yuma County. In that role, he presided over civil, probate, domestic relations, and criminal matters, including more than two dozen felony jury trials.

Mr. Kinsey is dedicated to providing attentive, personalized service and to vigorously protecting the interests of his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Kinsey enjoys spending time with his family and remains active in the Yuma community. He serves on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations and coaches his son’s flag football team.
